We bought this as a replacement for a unit I accidentally broke while setting up the vehicle for a long drive trip. Our family loves doing long drives to Florida, Illinois and Massachusetts every year so this product made our trips much easier to bear. We bought these once we took the kids off their car seats. We all love it because we no longer have to deal with stiff necks during the long drives. It is very easy to install and adjust. Highly recommend this product to my fellow road warriors or those who do not like stopping over at a hotel during their long drives.

Saw this originally on social media and had to order these. Instantly worth it on our first road trip.
Installation is pretty straight forward. The kit comes with various sized spacers that fit around the head rest bars so you should find a pair that fit right. The main piece allows you to widen or narrow the spots that fit around those spacers/bars to fit correctly. Lastly you just fit the actual head rests on and your done.
The head rests aren’t pillow soft but they are still comfortable to lean against. My kid rests so much easier on car rides now.
Highly recommend this product!

This is just what I was looking for. My youngest daughter recently aged out of her backless booster and now just sits in a regular booster. When we were taking longer trips and she fell asleep her head would bob. This allows her neck to be supported without having to be in a back booster. She loves it and now my older daughter wants it too. It matches my car interior (black) perfectly and was very easy to install. I would definitely recommend. It reminds me of the airport headrests that allow you to sleep more comfortably.

Lightweight and easy to install. During the road trip it was amazingly comfortable and supportive. No more waking from awkward neck positions! Could make or get a padded slip over “pillow” for them but I don’t think that would make it more comfortable really.

This is a great little item, met our needs perfectly and grandson likes it! Easy installation and does the trick when needed

I bought these to use for our long drive from Toronto to Boston MA. It was easy to install and very sturdy. The pads are thick but soft and napping during the long drive was much more comfortable with these. I’m 5’1 and my husband is 6’1 and we didn’t have any problems adjusting these for our use. Our son now uses it (with his backless booster) and naps comfortably as well.

This headrest pillow has been a game changer during car trips. The memory foam is soft, supportive and molds around my neck nice. Love that it’s adjustable to fit my seat and my kid’s too. The leather cover feels fancy and wipes clean easily. Bonus points for the phone holder and hook outta nowhere. Road trips feel way more comfier now!

Worked very well while we had it. Makes a huge difference when you are needing to rest your head and sleep! We bought two. One of them still works but the other has broken off on both ends. This was likely due in part to our kids bumping into them over and over, so I don’t know that other products would have held up any better. Overall, a great product!

Bought this for where my daughter sits in my car… for the long rides where she falls asleep and her neck/head looks uncomfortable if I didn’t have this… I gave it 4 stars because of the middle part… she is 6 years old and it hits and/or rests at my daughters head. So I have to add fabric around it to make it more comfortable for her.

My granddaughter always falls asleep in the car. Her head would fall down to her waste. This holds her head in place when she falls asleep. She appears to be comfortable.

Decent quality, easy to use and adjustable. Comfortable as well. Originally I thought they would be a fuzzy fabric but it’s more like a leather texture which also makes it easier to clean. Fit our Nissan Rogue quite well

Make sure your headrest posts are the right size and distance apart. Got two of these, one for a Subaru and one for a Toyota. It fits the Toyota perfectly but not at all on the Subaru.

Very easy installation. Quick and inexpensive fix for a hunched over sleeping child lol. My daughter is 9 and it works perfectly. Looks like I will get a few years out of this if the material holds up. The instructions are not great but they are pretty self-explanatory. The four extra u-shaped clips can slide in to the attachment area if needed if your head rest bars are more narrow which mine were. The ability to flip the pads up or down is great if an adult was sitting in that seat but definitely better for a child which is what I purchased it for. Used in a Ford Edge.

These are perfect! My youngest child was ready to move to a booster, but the first couple times he fell asleep in the car, he ended up slumping under the seatbelt and I was getting very concerned, and always waking him up. I almost put him back in his high back booster, but these saved the day! Now, he can enjoy a snooze while maintaining proper positioning in his booster seat. They are also adjustable, so he keeps them in the “stowaway” position until he begins to feel sleepy, and then pulls them down where he wants them. Super easy!

my son loves it. works great and looks very pretty

Totally love this product! If your child is like mine, you need one! My son outgrew all three booster chairs so I had nothing left except leaving him bare on the seat. However when we drive, he falls asleep and his head is always leaning towards one side. He heats up easily so a pillow won’t work and so this has given me the flexibility to keep his head safely secured and allows him to sleep comfortably. It adjusts to a child’s head and fits perfectly on my car! Super easy to install. I did it while running an errand! Great value! Amazing functionality!

I purchased this so my grandson, who recently started sitting in the seat without a booster, could have support for his head during long car trips. It was easy to install and it’s very sturdy. He was able to sleep and his head wasn’t falling over. I 10/10 recommend this!

This Car Seat Headrest is perfect for when children fall asleep in the car. Keep your little head firm and comfortable without going to the sides.

These are absolutely perfect for my grandson that out grew his car seat but is still in a booster

Product is very good but still a bit high for kids’ height. It barely supports their head. Would be nice if it had a lowering option.

Amazing product.
Fits perfectly to 1st row and 3rd row seat of XL6
For 2nd row seat it was not fitting as it is too wide. I had to drill product and use it. But even after drilling finishing looks good.

These are the best addition to the car. Not only are they great for kids with boosters, but also adults. These help when you getting sleepy and need a nap in the car. They are great to help put your head on during those naps, or to prevent you from bobbing.

LOVE! My sons in a booster seat and a lot of the time he falls asleep in car rides and this has been the BEST buy it’s easy to install and it lifts up and down so it can be completely out of his way until he falls asleep and it holds his head up and I don’t worry about his neck!
Sanwms224 –
This definitely was a game changer for my son when he fell asleep in the car. It keeps his head off the window. My son is 10 and 5 foot his head fits directly in between the pads. I like that they can be kept up or down and aren’t mounted in a permanent position where it would interfere with another passenger.

Worked AMAZINGLY well on my recent 7-day road trip. Does not work on headrests that don’t lift up, so I will never be able to put them in my rear seats, but it was worth the money to keep my daughter comfortable on our cross-country trip and I’ll have it handy for any future trips!

Works as advertised. It has a nice foam piece for the back of the head area. This is much better than other versions of this type of headrest. My only wish is that the arms had a bit more padding. I would buy this again though.

Good product! I purchased one several months ago for my car to use for my son, now I am ordering a pair to use for my other car and to gift to a friend for their child.
